Sales vacancies
Customer Services Team Member - Required to work as part of a team to answer customer queries and complaints. Successful candidates must have great people skills in abundance and be good at dealing with confrontational situations. Key job tasks including dealing with customers, basic computing tasks and dealing with phone queries.
Sales Exec - Required to raise brand awareness and sell direct to customers. Candidates must be experienced at making outgoing calls to customers as well as handling incoming customer queries. Previous experience of B2C sales is essential.
Sales Manager - Required to lead and manage a busy sales team. Successful candidates will have brilliant people skills, have experience at managing teams, be good at working to deadlines and be able to provide strong results.

IT roles
IT Support - Required to provide technical support to Customer Services. As part of this computing role you must be able to provide expert IT support to London Town Crier staff members so must be able to competently deal with a plethora of applications such as different browsers and email programs. An IT degree is not essential but is preferable.
Copy Writer - Required to write content to go on the London Town Crier site. Content writers for the London Town Crier site will be required to write a range of content including blogs and product descriptions. A clear, concise writing style is preferable as is experience in web writing.
Site Editor - Required to edit and develop the company site. For this role, candidates will need to have years of experience in designing and developing business websites on a similar scale in similar industries.
